The professional pans are made of cast aluminum and have a multilayer, ceramic-reinforced, scratch-resistant non-stick coating. The handle is made of 18/10 chrome-nickel stainless steel. The cast iron pans can be used on all types of stoves, even as induction pans. Temperature resistant up to 250 °C. Coated pans should be handled with care and pointed cooking utensils should be avoided.
